im starting a low carb diet, does anybody have any suggestion as to what I can eat at lunch time? breakfast and dinner is simple enough but can't think what I could eat at lunch, thankyou xx

Salad with fish/chicken/cheese/bacon/corned beef etc, plenty of mayo (full fat and not salad cream - both full of sugar)

Chicken pieces

Whatever low carb food you had the night before - eaten cold or heated up in the microwave
