freezing mullerlite yoghurts

does anyone no if you can freeze mullerlite yogurts as they are on offer buy six get six free in morrisons at the moment,i was wondering if anyone does this? thanks

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You can freeze yoghurt, but expect it to seperate when defrosted, and the whole texture will be 'off' though the yoghurt itself will still be edible. You can of course buy frozen yoghurts anyway, but hese products contain a whole stack of stabilisers, fats and possibly other chemical thingys and so on to make them edible. Plus any pro-biotic bacteria present (good stuff to have) will be killed in the freezing.
