Smoked or unsmoked? Which do you prefer? I used to hate smoked but then suddenly, about a year ago, I got a craving for smoked and haven't eaten unsmoked since.

I love smoked but shouldn't really take it because of the salt content but if I use smoed then i won't add sal at the table ot to the roll so I stick with smoked. i love smoked bacon pices cut up and put in an oven-proof dish with garlic flavoured olive oil and cooked at about 180C & boil up asta and add the drained pasa to the baon when it's just come out the oven and the juices mx together - ooh that's making me feel really hungry now and my mouth's watering
