Help!! I am cooking Jamaican food tonight for 8 people. I used a recipe for a sauce that Ainsley Harriot produced on last year's Saturday Kitchen. It used Mango, Lime and either plain yoghurt or Coconut milk. I want to do it again but have forgotten the recipe. Also any further suggestions for sauces? I have ripe bananas, mangoes, limes, coconut milk, Hot red peppers (West Indian) and a multitude of powders
