Hello I am doing an assignment for college at the mo and i have this question: "Without telling them why, observe someone else prepare a meal and clean up afterwards. Record any potential food safety risks"
Does anyone know how i shoul set this out on the paper? should i list everything the person does and then comment on it or just record the risks?
Thanks in advance!

Well the Question requires you to only record the potential food safety risks. So i would just do that.

I always seem to get in a muddle working out what exactly the question wants me to do! When i work that out i'm usually ok, i'm hoping i get a good grade too so i'm panicing a bit now cos i want everything to be perfect!:-)
dont panic if you get worked up you'll not be able to concentrate, read the question a few times, think of it as a sort of exam you are judging then work it from there, remember relax let ideas flow, you'll do fine have some faith in your self.
