Q - How do you make a casserole?

A - Push it down the hill! No but seriously....
If you're making a casserole should you put enough liquid into it to cover all the ingredients and then slow cook it, or put in less liquid than that so that everything isn't covered, so that the liquid will thicken more? This is presuming that you want a thick liquid.

lmfao BOO ,, I did the same
I put enough liquid in to just cover, otherwise it can dry out.

If the gravy needs thickening, you can either stir in some bisto granules or cornflour.
