what can i cook for my tea tonight thats different from the norm. ie cottage pie, bolognaise, curry

a packet of mediterranean spiced cous cous, mix with onions, mushrooms and stir fried pieces of lamb.

something fishy?.... king prawn carbonara over fresh linguini is good...

Have a cold meat salad with new potatoes and a can of mixed vegetables, drained, with some mayonnaise stirred in.

How about frittata, easy and can eat some cold for lunch the next day.
Or bean chilli wraps? Again easy but something a bit different.
