Yummy, good ideas from Jenna :o)
How about having a tortilla wrap? or pitta bread? I've found it quite handy keeping a bag of frozen prawns in the freezer and now and then thawing some out and putting them in a wrap with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I've also bought some cheap chicken fillets, cooked them, stripped them and put them in wraps with salad and had them cold for lunch.

You can tell Jenna's from Manchester.....barm cakes...mmmm used to love them filled with sausage, egg, bacon & mushrooms when I worked in Manchester on my way in in the morning. Now I'm in Newcastle and it's stotties....even better I reckon...big, stodgy bits of bread, with the afore-mentioned breakfast delicacies stuffed inside....with brown sauce...oh yes!! We call them The Daddy from our local sandwich shop......called....Pasta La Vista.....what a great name. Jenna, there used to be a greasy spoon round the corner from me in Manchester on the corner of Shudehill and Thomas Street, and the A board outside said it was "..as recommended by Terry Wogan"....and by thedelbwa....'cos it was lush!!
