I crave chocolate after dinner everynight - what can I have that is not as sinful but has the same effect? I don't like fruit.

Obviously, eating a magnesium pill wouldn't be quite so attractive a proposition as a Cadbury's Dairy Milk bar so, instead, it advised making sure you ate plenty of magnesium-containing foods such as nuts, beans, wheatgerms and spinach, to try to curb the craving but, if you just can't resist, try eating dark chocolate as, apparently, it goes further and it's quite good for you too!!
