I love the taste of garlic, but hate the taste in my mouth the morning after. What can I put with it so that I can't taste the garlic long after the meal. Thanks
Probably an old wives tale, but chewing on fresh parsley is supposed to counteract the garlic breath.....
The other one is chewing on a cinnamon stick or, maybe cinnamon Dentyl chewing gum if it's still made lol.....
Cut the garlic clove in half & remove the green stalk out of the middle. (just flick it out with a knife!) This makes no difference to the taste but thats what causes the smelly breath!Try it, it really does work!
Pink pickled ginger, the Asian condiment you can get in most supermarkets nowadays, is brilliant! I used to work in a kitchen with a Jamaican guy who swore by it for neutralizing your breath...and it really does work!!!
Just pop a slice or two in your mouth and chew.
