Certainly no problems freezing it in a poy bag... and no problems using the once frozen wine in stews and the like. Whether you can drink it again may depend more upon the person and wine involved. I wouldn't anyway... even if only for the fact that I don't tend to have wine leftover :-)
Use an ice cube tray and the next time you need to cook say chicken in red wine sauce, just drop in a couple of ice cubes.
Why on earth would you want to freeze it rather than drink it?
If it's not good enough to drink , it's certainly not good enough to cook with .
Why are all Keith Floyd's recipies HALF a bottle of wine ?

Not me Figi - I'm a bit like Ken in that I wouldn't leave any - it's my girlfriend, she opened a bottle and can't see herself drinking it all as she's away for the next couple of days and so asked me if it could be frozen....

We mentioned the ice cube trick for cooking - thanks all.
You can buy a vacuum stopper now for wine that supposedly keeps a bottle of wine for weeks once opened

Don't know where from, trying to find out for myself althouth I don't often have much left !!!
