I shall be going to the Lodge for whatever they have on their menu.
I am thinking something quite heavy as I am bloody famished. Maybe stew and dumplings whilst the weather is inclement. Followed by rice pudding and raspberry jam.
Im phoning my fella who wont be home til v late and asking him to get chinese takeaway on his way back.
Im full of cold and dont fancy cooking this eve
Full of a cold too and three to cook for : ( I think this could be a opportunity to get the other half to show his love and cook for us (he's only cooked once in 4 yrs!!)
I'm not sure what i'm having, as a certain lady friend of skreech's is cooking him a surprise after I've been to the gym. All I can be certain of is that it won't contain mushrooms and she's pretty keen so if I were to hazard a guess I would say steak, but I'd best not get my hopes up!
3Rainbows, whilst I can cook (not that well, but happy to dabble), if you live with a male, then it is your duty to cook and keep a clean and tidy house.
I understand you have a small child, so your days are pretty easy.
I am not being sexist, but a woman's place is a home builder. The term house-husband didn't appear in the Oxford Dictionary until 1997, some 80 or so years after the suffragette movement.
I was really fed up this morning and you know those adverts that go "It's not just food; it's M&S food..............."?
Well, the bloke that wrote the advert has earned his money today because I went in and they've loads of offers on and I'm looking forward to a lazy tea -
and I can't see the sides of my fridge any more.
I didnt write what i felt joe!! BUt glad i passed your test!
Nat i had mad cravings for ice towards the end of my pg. Id go to subway at 11.30pm and fill up three large cups of ice and go home and eat it with a spoon?
Mammar i hate that woman's voice! But i do like m&S food. Its just posher more expensive lazy food!
I agree 3R and I never normally shop there but today I needed to spoil myself.
It's that girl with the funny name from that Irish serial that used to be on Sunday nights on BBC1. Not Balamory but something like that.
Grrrr - you know, the one with the priest played by Stephen thingy-doo-dah who was in that African vet thing that's just finished on ITV.
Ballykissangel! But I still can't remember her name
