Laser Light Therapy

I just heard a brief report about this 'magic' being successful for quitting smoking and losing weight. Does anybody know anything about it? (Not rushing out to buy a light and hang out a shingle.)

Only "magic" is:

To slim - eat less; exercise more.

To quit smoking - just stop smoking; don't buy tobacco.

Other so called "magic" is all smoke and mirrors!

But, what is it and how does it work. It seems to be recommended for a myriad of ailments now.
