Could anyone please give me a recipe for Salmon nuggets which doesn't involve frying them ? I have salmon to use up and wanted to make some for my kids but I am not sure about quantities needed etc. Thanks.

my way of doing it would be buy sum batter mix fry them for about 5 mins then put them in the oven so all the grease can drain off and they go a lovely golden brown colour

Thanks Johnsonswain but I am not sure what ingredients I should use to make them (apart from salmon and potato of course) or what temperature the oven should be set at and for how long. Can you help ? I have seen so many conflicting recipes which call for either chives or chopped tomatoes. One even suggested using natural yoghurt , so now I am unsure which is the best to use. All of these recipes suggest frying them but I want to cook them in the oven as I don't like giving my kids fried foods.
i don't have a recipe for you, but i bet if you just mixed the salmon with potato and some seasoning it would be very nice. try dipping them in beaten egg and then rolling them in breadcrumbs instead of batter. refrigerate them for a little while then bake them in the oven (fairly hot for about 20 minutes would do it i think).
