Too much ice cream!

How many times a week is too many to be eating a tub of ice cream to yourself??

Once. I've just done it and couldn't imagine eating ice-cream again anytime in the next ten years let alone this week!
Mine was Ben and Jerry's Low Fat Chocolate Fudge Brownie. What was yours? And do you feel as sick as I do? x

Mine was Skinny Cow Completely Mintal and i feel a tiny bit sick but i could eat more. Ive practically licked the tub bone dry. Ive got some Skinny Cow lollies in the freezer i may have to start on soon. :)

This may explain why my clothes are getting a bit tight.
