how do you make cinamon toast

Lightly toast some bread, then mix up some cinnamon powder with sugar, sprinkle onto the toast then pop it back under the grill for a few moments until the sugar bubbles.

kags, IMHO its better if you lightly butter the toast before sprinkling on the cinnamon and sugar and re-grilling

Try it with just nutmeg or with a mixture, guaranteed to make you faint with ecstacy....or sprinkle powdered chocolate and nutmeg...also try using a bread with fruit in it

i've just tried it with toasted hot cross bun. there's no going back now! I definitely like the idea of chocolate. PS I didn't realise how fascinating this site is!!
