I tried some delicious bread from Asda, I think it was called Tiger bread. I noticed it has sesame oil in it. I usually make my own bread with my breadmaker, does anyone know how much sesame oil I will need to add instead of the 15gr. of margarine I usally use? Also, where can I buy sesame oil.
Many thanks.

Only a few drops. Sesame oil is extremely strong and aromatic. I use it in stir fries, but only use a couple of drops on top of my tablespoon of vegetable oil. The same thing applies when I make balsamic sesame dressings. I use olive oil as the base, then add two drops of sesame oil.

If you taste the oil by itself, youll find it to be almost bitter tasting. This will help to serve as a guide in discovering your own preferred strength.

Good cooking!

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread .html?t=20317 I found this for you. It is also called Dutch Crunch Bread. You will have to read through both pages for the final outcome.
You should be able to find sesame oil in most supermarkets. Along with the olive oils etc. Sainsburys do a toasted sesame oil for 1.05 a bottle. Failing that try a chinese/oriental supermarket, depending on where you live these will be plentiful or difficult to find!!
