i'm working tonight and i'm trying to decide what to eat before hand, i'm working from 8-3 and prob without any breaks, so i need something that will keep me going - as i'm going to be running around a bar like a madwoman for 7 hours - but also not so heavy that i just want to curl up and sleep. i was thinking maybe jacket spud and salad? any ideas folks?
Pasta is always a good option as it releases energy slowly - so I'd say pasta with some kind of tomatoey sauce (ragu for kids is good!) followed by a banana
