One way of doing what was a cheap cut, is to braise it in about a pint of water with carrots, onions, herbs & seasoning(s) for about 2 & 1/2 - 3hrs. You can then slip the bones out easily & do what you like with the meat.
I can't seem to find it either and all the butchers in my area have disappeared. We only have Halal meat butchers and Tesco now. I refuse to go to a Halal butchers for ethical reasons.
