It all sounds lovely, but I don't know how anyone can eat such food on a daily basis. It would all seem very heavy after a while.
I think I would just want the melon , followed by the soup with some crusty bread.
Now..if you did chicken kebabs, done the same way as the lamb-I may have those.
Otherwise, is is all too much like a heart attack on a plate....:-(

hi mercia
all your food sounds very nice i must say, but can i ask howcome you need to cook so much of it each day?
why does there have to be all these choices in starters, mains and puds each time? wouldnt just one of each do?
this all sounds great if you were running an eatery for us hungry peeps, and im sure we'd all be queuing at the door, but for just you and hubby, well, it just sounds rather extreme to me...
can i ask, do you ever just have a sandwich or some beans on toast for a light easy meal any night?

I cook one of these meals a night - the rest i make up depending on what I've got in the freezer - I do a lot of entertaining because of my husbands job, often at short notice. No, neither of us are fat. My cholesterol level is around 3.0 and has been for years. I use fresh organic veg and fruit where possible, and the meat comes from our own farms. I've said all this before - if you don't like my postings, then don't read them, simples!
