Can celery taste nice

Does anyone know how to make celery taste interesting and nice.

Here's a nice interesting and tasty salad with celery in it:-

Cut a couple of celery sticks into thin matchsticks. Peel a carrot and cut into thin diagonal slices. Peel half a cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds (discard them) and cut the cucumber into thin matchsticks. Mix the vegetables together and place in a serving dish.

Mix up 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp wine vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil and � clove garlic, peeled and mashed. Pour this dressing over the salad and mix.

i loved cooked celery, either as part of a stir fry, or fried with your onions for a savoury mince dish.

fill the sticks with dairylea cream cheese.....

A nice chunk of cheddar small pile of salt dip the celery in the salt and enjoy with the cheese best bit is the white root

1. Chop the celery on to a plate.

2. Chop an apple on to a separate plate,

3. Eat the apple. The taste will be interesting and nice.

You may find that you are left with some celery. Buy a rabbit.

Finely dice celery, cucumber & tomatoes, add a little mint, scoop onto pappadums or pitta bread - and enjoy. Cheese IS nice as well!

I agree with Billearly, the middle white bit is the best part. I usually dip celery sticks into humous and taramasalata.

What's humus taste like tigger? Never tried any.

Its mashed chickpeas with tahini paste (mashed sesame seeds), olive oil, salt, lemon and garlic cloves.

Its soooooo yummy! Try some. They do it in all supermarkets where the dips are. I like to make my own in a blender and add some chopped coriander leaves in it.

It depends on how much lemon you put in. I do the taste test whilst making it. This usually leads to not having any left at the end!!! Lol

Take a tumbler, add ice cubes, good slug of vodka, tomato juice, dash of worcestershire sauce and then with a flourish, swirl it around with a stick of celery -- leaves intact.
Sit down, sip and relax !!

fab if I fancy a cheesy snack I cut celery to 3 ish inches, lay cheese into the dips and microwave till cheese melts. Sprinkle worcestershire sauce on and eat with knife and fork (you have to, it is hot on the teeth)
