One I like is Cordon Vert, a comprehensive collection, well worth a look.
Hiya there...

Try this site (The Vegetarian Society) - loads of good recipes there http://www.vegsoc.org/cordonvert/recipes/
Firstly congratulations

I would also add, the BBC food site, Rose Elliot - not a huge amount of recipes as she wants you to buy her books (in my opinion a wise investment, first bought one of hers 30 years ago. Also vegbox, whilst it is primarily about buying your veg through a veg box scheme, they also have some excellent recipes.

I hope you enjoy your cooking and eating
My veggie mates have trouble with the varying quality of eating out venues so here is a veggie review site

http://www.veggieheaven.com/uk/

discounted cookbooks are avaliable from the book peple at very reasonable rates

also have a look in the bookends section for the student veggie book
