Could anybody tell me the recipe for Jamie Olivers spare ribs which he featured in Jamie at Home series on channel 4. which he cooked in the oven. This was on about two weeks ago. Thank you

I don't know about Jamies, but these ribs are the best i've ever tasted! In fact I find most of this guys recipes excellent.
