Yeast is fundamental to the brewing process as it turns the malt sugars into alcohol. So the only possible non-yeast beers will be the alcohol free stuff - about which I can tell you nothing. You could always read the label of a bottle of Kaliber (or whatever) in a supermarket.
yeast is a must in the brewing of lager or beer but even the alcohol free stuff is brewed in the same manner as normal beer and lager

Ok thanks for the input. Due to medical reasons my dietary requirements have changed; I must reduce or eliminate yeast...but I am keen to find the best lager/beer to suit this as I do not wish to remove this pleasure entirely.
I have found that some corn beers that can be brewed without the addition of yeast and some available in the US.
I have been told that double-filtered beers such as Cobra may be one option.
double filtered beer will do nothing other than clean the brew up, all beers will have yeast as it needs to convert the sugars into alcohol, I worked in the brewing industry for 33 years and never made or heard of yeast free, it is also in spirits such as whisky etc
What delboy said. Filtering only removes the sediment layer of yeast found at the bottom of the bottle/barrell (this is purely for cosmetic reasons to give the beer a 'bright' appearance). There will still be yeast held in suspension. As Delboy will no doubt tell you, yeast it the largest contributary factor to the various flavours of beer.
The answer to your problem may be Sapporo, Japanese beer, if you can find some. They filter all the yeast out.
