why does bread go mouldy

also, aswell as airbourne bacteria, you can do an interesting experiment by taking a slice of bread and placing a handprint on it. leave it for a week and you can see a mouldy hand shape on the bread! after doing this, think about all the things youve touched in the last week! lol
