Does anyone where I can buy chicklings in the Manchester area? They're nothing to do with chicks or chickens, but used to be available with black puddings and food like that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have a good local butcher he may either know where you can buy them or he may be able to order some for you.
Try a local butcher he should be able to
get it from his supplier ..
The greatest gastronomes in the world, the French, eat loads of offal....take note Jillius.

Good luck in your search 10Clarion. There must be a meat market somewhere or a traditional butcher. You ever tried weasand (cows oesaphagus)? my grandad ate truckloads of the stuff. Must admit I drew the line at eating that along with sheeps brains.
I can buy pressed chitterlings in Dudley, and can order loose ones - from my local traditional butcher.

Lovely grub.
