I buy the ones in tomato sauce in a tin and the fry some onion, add a little garlic, ginger, chili powder, salt, black pepper and then add the fish to it, stir and heat through, lovely with chappattis

sweetcorn ..mashed potatoes on the
top..with grated cheese ..30 mins in the
oven ..enjoy ...
