I would think you could get it in local shops, but if not all the major supermarket chains stock it as standard.
Why don't you ask your local shop?
I've had the same tub of cayenne for at least 15 yrs and I use it frequently-prawn mayo etc-supermarket-wee health food shop job-lasts a lifetime
Sorry buddy but it must have no taste at all by now. Also a jar of cayenne is about enough for about 10 curries at most - assuming you use fresh chillies a well.
