How can I prove it online? It is GORGEOUS. It is ADDICTIVE. Good meaty pudding, chewy oatmeal, perfectly-balanced spicing. Served with fried, sliced apples, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
OK folks, the willow has it - for the moment! Do you know better? Let's talk size. The Irish puddings seem to be no more than a large sausauge. I'm more used to something 3-4 times larger. Is size important? The willow's does sound rather good though.
Scotland makes the best black pudding (and coming from a Yorkshireman is almost sacriledge). Any decent butchers in Scotland (don't buy supermarket pap)
Brawburd is absolutely correct. Chicken breast stuffed with Stornaway black pudding (served in 78 St. Vincent, Glasgow) is the best I have had. I'm getting hungry!!!
