What temperature to cook the joint
7 Answers
I get a butchers pack from the butcher (obviously) every month, the last time I asked for a joint of brisket to be added (forward planning for fathers day).
I have no idea what temperature to cook it at though, will 200 degrees for 30 minutes per half lb and half an hour extra be suitable?
