What is the best Cheese to use on a grilled Lobster please ?.
Don't want anything too strong to spoil the Lobster taste.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You are right in that its easy to drown the delicate flavour of lobster- so many grilled lobster recipes dont use cheese at all, try lemon juice and olive oil with fresh ground pepper instead.
However if you want a cheesy lobster recipe, this one is quite nice..Uses parmeggiano reggiano.

If one is tryng to impress- which i suspec you might be (!!! :) )
I would go for a Puilly fuisse or a Meursault.
Waitrose does some nice ones. Meursault Louis Jadot (pricey at �21.99 tho') or slightly more reasonable, Pouilly fuisse bouchard aine (at �14.99).
Or just go to a decent off license/wine merchant and et one there!!
