A roll of French Bread is much better than lead ?.

Bread is a staple food in France. The typical loaf of French bread is called "une baguette", which means stick or wand. It is about 60 cm long and weighs 500 grammes. French people like their bread crusty, and this shape of loaf offers the maximum amount of crust to bread.

In a nutshell, fish roe (eggs) can only be called caviar if they come from certain fish, usually the sturgeon.

Lumpfish roe comes from a lumpfish (or lumpsucker) so can't be called caviar.

Lots of info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caviar
je ne sais pas is perhaps what you were trying to say in your title? peut etre?
'je ne sais quoi' i think is what you were trying to say ie ' i know not what'.
