Has anyone got a recipe for Wet Nell? My partner goes on about it but, apart from there being bread in it, seems to have no idea what else is needed! He's a Forest of Dean man and I don't know if it's specific to this part of the world. I wonder why it's so called......

Bread Pudding is very wet and very stodgy - and has all sorts of weird local names. Sadly, Google doesn't throw up any Glos puds with this name. Any chance of another ingredient?
