Good breakfast to eat for someone with no time

I Have a very busy morning as I get up and go to work with no time to make anything for my breakfast and it dosnt help that I am on a diet and I need to eat something on a morning.
Any ideas on a simple VERY quick breakfast or something I can eat on the go and healthy.

One thing i love is fruit salad with greek yoghurt (low fat of course) with honey drizzled on the top and diet permitting, some seeds/nuts sprinkled on top (i like pumpkin and sunflower seeds).
I usually have red & white grapes, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries a chopped banana, strawberries and kiwi fruit (or a mixture of the above depending what i have in)
If you are watching your pennies as well as the lbs i reccommend Aldi for the ingredients. Always fresh, cheap and very very tasty.
