I bought some fish in my local french supermarket called julienne. This isn't in my dictionary and when I've googled it comes up as julienne. Is there a type of fish in english called this? It's a very long fish served in fillets.

I'd appreciate any help on this

Thank you so much In a pickle that's great. There were another couple there I didn't know.

Hi Dave, I live in a little village north of Paris. I know the Deux-Svres quite well; very rural and friendly.
