Hi does anyone know how to make creamy mashed potato without adding any fat?

try blending in a drop of skimmed milk.
not sure about not using any fat but if you use a potato ricer they come out lump free
Try using low fat yoghurt to the mash!!!!

Wow such quick answers! Thank you. I am just getting in to Slimming World and it says I can have mashed potato (yey!) but without any fat added (booo!)
Add a drop of soya milk!!!

Or is this too fattening??!!

Would olive oil be ok.? I sometimes use garlic flavoured olive oil in mine with skimmed milk.
Quite high in fat thow good fats,was thinking about the type of potato that you use,maris piper,, king eddie cara, pentland squire, and roosters offer up a tasty spud with the minmum of added fats
With S W you can use your milk and/or cheese allowance ( a allowances) in the mashed potato. Try laughing cow triangles - yummy!!
Whatever you've added, use a fork to whip the mashed potato to get a fluffier and creamier result.
Could you add a little bit of houmous?! I do this and it makes normal mash SO much nicer- also makes sure you get SMASH not the supermarkets own, which is nasty and grey and thin.
Add some low fat mayonnaise .

scarlett hummus is very calorific!
You can get low fat houmous and you only need to use a tiny bit!!

MMM i love hummus so I may just try it! I could use it as a sin I suppose.
Its not exactly evil- you can always make your own with chick peas etc.
