Made some sloe and apple jelly yesterday, left it overnight and it has not set. Any ideas please.

Whats your region famous for food wise???

Could it be something to do with the amount of pectin you have in the fruit, i know some jams dont set if these fruits arent high in pectin, you can buy pectin in a powder form i think!!!!
