I disagree,sodemall...I have found poussin to have more flavour than standard chickens.

poussin are so beautiful when cooked properly, most folks over do them, off to tesco tomorrow, we havent had them for a while

I saw one in Tesco this weekend, it was the size of a budgie and cost �6.00 !! Call me mean but......
