egg mayonnaise sandwiches

want to make some creamy egg mayonnaise sandwiches, any ideas what i can add. just have hellmans mayo which i think can taste a bit bland and salty? dont have any salad cream.

little bit of curry paste or chopped onion or ( my favourite when its on special offer ) chopped smoked salmon. I have heard tom sauce to make it into marie rose sauce is good.. enjoy it

my son always adds some english mustard to egg mayo.

Chopped peppers are great in egg mayo, and onion!!!

a dash of worcestershire sauce....

sliced tomato is nice with egg mayo sarnies too

My grandma mixes it with Sandwich Spread. It's really nice!

Add some chilli dipping sauce!!

I add a little curry powder, a little mango chutney, mash with a potato masher and layer with baby leaf spinach

But salad cream is really nasty stuff !

How is salad creme nasy? Less fat than mayo. Obviously cheap salad creme is likely to have some additives you might want to aoid but some colouring & thickeners are natural. You can home make salad creme. Is it a British speciality?

Not sure if you're referring to what we in the US call egg salad. Mash boiled eggs with mayonnaise, adding salt and pepper and a little dash of prepared mustard. It is really delicious on white bread.
