Can I cook home-made cornish pasties from frozen?

No i wouldnt, even though the filling has been cooked,they would brown on top and freezing in the middle!!!

sorry to disagree, but i think you can. they sell ready cooked pasties and pies in the freezer section, and you can cook them from frozen. just use a lower temp.
hi ethan i know that you can do mass produced ones from frozen, homemade you could on very low heat for somewhile, but i was thinking about the core temperature and the chance of poisoning,net could defrost in microwave and then pop in oven in oven at a higher heat and shorter time, is it worth it!!!!
i don't see what the difference is between mass produced ones and home made (apart from the delicious taste of course :) ) in terms of cooking from frozen, but we all do what we consider to be right. i would agree that microwaving them and then heating in the oven is a waste of time, and i believe totally unnecessary.

Whooa - I think I'll defrost them first!
It's no big deal. If it's been cooked and already frozen just cook it in a low temp for 25min. I've always cooked raw pie from frozen for 25min at gas mark 4 comes out piping hot.
