Well, I get sick from cow-milk cheeses, so I always make my own, with goat-milk cheeses, and often homemade crusts. Both of which make fabulous pizzas!
Toppings - I like any or all of: zucchini, mushrooms, chicken sausage, capers, crushed red pepper, olives, broccoli, seafood.
I'm not a big fan of bell peppers or onions on pizzas.
I love cheese and onion , ham and pineapple or vegetable feast (except for mushrooms)I love most toppings except anchovies , pepperoni or mushrooms , ewwwww ! I'm actually munching on a deep pan cheese and onion pizza from my local takeaway right now. Mmmmmm yummy !
Dominos is my favourite and I always have tandoori chicken, pineapple and banana peppers (mild chillis - they don't taste of banana). Mmmmmm. Then a whole garlic pizzabread but that's another story.
