Make a nice brocolli soup

chop it into florets and put in a baking tin. sprinkle with olive oil, ground corriander and garlic and roast it for about 35 minutes.
boil it with cauliflower and then whizz it with a hand whizzer, add some grated cheese and use it as you would mash.

Boo beat me to the pie idea :)

Stilton and brocolli soup is lovely and it would go nicely in a fish pie.

It's also nice in hotpots.
