I understand you can get a bread maker with a gluton free setting can anyone tell me the make and model number. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Pete... my Panasonic SD-253 has a gluten free programme setting - obviously you still need to use gluten free flours or mixes. My machine also requires the ingredients to be added in a different order to a normal bread mix (it makes up a batter rather than a dough) and cooks in a much faster time than a normal bread mix.
