Can anyone tell me what i could do with 2 duck breasts? Last time i marinaded them in chilli+soy saauce but i dont want to do that this time. I hate the traditional fruit sauces you get with duck so any ideas?!
Why don't you try the recipe finder on the BBC food website for ideas, it's really useful. Just type 'Duck' after you click on 'recipe finder'

When I do duck I serve it with a tomato sauce that I make by simmering a tin of chopped tomatoes, 4 crushed cardamom pods, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a half teaspoon of ground ginger and a teaspoon of curry powder. If you simmer until when you stir you can see the bottom of the pan and the sauce doesn't move back to fill the gaps again (like a jam consistency) then it's ready. It takes about 20 mins. You can scatter toasted sesame seeds over the top as well if you like which is quite nice.
