Good fudge reciipes please!

I am currently running a cake stall at a local farmers market and would like to start selling some different flavour fudges. I have had a quick look on the internet for recipes but they all seem so different. Some are using double cream, some evapourated milk and some condensed milk! So confusing! Does anyone have a trusted recipe that can be varied for different flavours?
