I was given two lovely sirloins today - really good quality. However, hubby and I are trying to drop a bit of weight so does anyone have any idea how I could prepare them without frying them in butter, and downing them with a plate of homemade chips( the way I usually do them)??Thankyou
Thanks everyone. I have a griddle pan, so I think I'll do them on it, and we'll have green beans with jacket spuds, might even make a wee bit of onion gravy!
