Not a fan of tinned or packet soups,love homemade lentil, brocollii, and leek and potato soup!!!

Certainly do --saves a lot of money.1 panfull lasts me two days at least-- boring I know but delicious.Favourites---

Carrot and onion
Broccolli , cauliflower and green pepepr.
Leek and potato
Red pepper, onion and lentil.

I'm very much a chop, fry ,add stock , blend , add cream and there you go.

Can't beat it with croutons, toast , muffins , or bread sticks.


JJ is one of those sickening people who eat what they like! and dont put weight on i bet!
I make a pot of tomato, and a pot of lentil soup on a Sunday, freeze it into portions and take it to work with me each day. I love my homemade soup with brown bread toasted.

stompe if you regularly jog u can eat what u like if jj was to stop fitness she would put on weight!!!
I also make Minestrina soup
but I do buy Baxters soup too - its full of goodness lol

I don't eat "crap".

Maybe it's a balance thing. I don't have the best diet in the world, and I drink marginally more that the recommended units.

But ...

When I run, I run hard ... very hard ... 4 or 5 times a week.

And I work out several time a week.

And I drink several litres of water each day.

Etc.

Maybe we all get by in our own ways.

If you puddi, and JJ was with me you would put weight on (in 9 months). lol

Puddi is right. I would bloat a bit if I didn't work it off.

It's a simple equation ...

Units consumed - units burned = units stored in the body
Pear & pepper sounds interesting puddicat, not heard of that one

Did the recipe years ago, with red peppers and pears omg fan tastic and the colour was superb!!
