Espresso

I'm drinking a fair amount of Espresso, as my nights are long, and mornings early! How much caffine is in a standard espresso compared to a coffee? And how much is too much?

should be the same amount as a regular coffee. the reason espresso is so strong is because it's diluted with less water, so in theory an espresso should have the same amount of coffee as an americano or other long coffee, just less water. unless you have a double espresso, which would be twice as much!
