Doves Farm does flours for bread making. You can buy the flours from Tescos, Sainsburys etc or from Goodness Direct.

I do buy ready made gluten free bread from the supermarkets when not making myself. Dietry Specials and actually Tescos own isn't too bad either.
I have to say though, that toasted gluten free bread is easier to eat than just making a sandwich out of the stuff lol
I also recommend Doves Farm pasta and Tru Free if your son likes pasta :)
I bake cakes with Doves Farm flour too, and add Xanthan Gum to replace the gluten texture that's missing from gluten free flour.
Your son won't go without... it just takes a bit of experimenting.

I do not know if it is suitable for your son but my daughter is wheat sensitive and after a lot of trial and error I get Easy Bakers from Lakeland. It makes really nice bread, pancakes and wraps. The blurb also says it can be used for muffins pizza etc but I havent tried them yet. The bread rolls are also good but I would say that like most gluten free stuff it is best eaten fresh - do try the bread rolls they are the nearest to wheat bread we have come across - I make them in those new bendy non stick muffin tins as they can be a bit difficult to get out of the tins.
