Best Steak

What is the best and most expensive steak. I bought Strip loin yesterday and although delicious, i remember a few years ago striploin was always dearer that Sirloin.

What is your favourite cut, T-Bone, Fillet, Rump, Striploin, Sirloin?

Hey Imo, I could just tuck into a nice bit of steak .... Hmmmm. With a pepper sauce on the side, and chunky chips. Yummy.

Any steak done rare...cut into it..lovely juicy red meat which melts in your mouth...delicious

Listen to the Americans on this, they know their steak!

Kobe is the most expensive because of the way it's done, nothing to do with flavour. It's overrated.

Fillet is the most expensive you'll find in butchers or supermarkets, again overrated.

Rib-Eye is where it's at! I've travelled the world and eaten some amazing steaks but Rib Eye is king. The perfect combination of flavour, texture and fat.

Thanks folks for all your answers..i didnt expect so many...now to finish off can u rate from 1-10 best quality steaks. eg. 1. Fillet, 2. Strploin. 3. Sirloin, 4. Rump etc...

my favourite steak is porterhouse for steak and chips then fillet for stroganoff, that is the most expensive one where i live
